Due to the digital nature of Appliful's products, refunds or exchanges are not available once access has been granted.
Appliful does not guarantee that the software will meet all your requirements or operate without interruptions or errors. All implied warranties not explicitly stated in this Agreement are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Your use of Appliful does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and Appliful. You agree not to present yourself as a representative of Appliful.
Appliful continuously strives to improve its services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of our software without prior notice.
All content and materials provided by Appliful, including but not limited to software, designs, and documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to copy, modify, or distribute these materials without explicit permission.
